Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required to complete your return.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping.
However, for high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
