Eligibility Period
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the original purchase date. This window is strict. After 30 days from the purchase date, we cannot process refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. The eligibility period begins the day you complete your purchase, not the day you receive your order.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition. This means unopened and unused, with original packaging intact. You must include all original packaging with your return. A proof of purchase or receipt is mandatory for all returns. We cannot process returns without proof of purchase.
What We Accept
Happy Ava accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. You may return items for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason within the 30-day window. Every product in our catalog is eligible for return if it meets the condition requirements listed above.
Refund Process
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method only. We do not offer alternative refund methods. Happy Ava does not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

Shipping Time for Exchanged Products
Delivery time for exchanged products depends on your location within the United States. Most domestic exchanges arrive within 4-10 business days. We do not guarantee a delivery timeframe for exchanged items.
High-Value Returns
For returns valued over $50, we recommend sending your package with tracking. Insurance is also recommended for high-value returns. Happy Ava is not liable for lost return packages. Proof of shipping is recommended but not required.
