If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase and your order has not yet shipped, you may still request a cancellation.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

  • You may still return the item according to our Returns and Refund Policy.

  • In such cases, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Orders for custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • We begin production promptly to meet delivery timelines, and as such, cancellations are not possible after this point.

Delivery Rescheduling

If you cannot receive your package on the original delivery date, we are happy to help reschedule.

  • We’ll work with you to arrange a new delivery window that suits your schedule.
