Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: $4.95 per order

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $65


Order Processing & Shipping Times

Type Details
Cut-off Time 5:00 PM (GMT -08:00)
Processing Time 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total Shipping Time 4–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Please note that orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.


Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected] before your order is shipped. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Happy Ava is not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to invalid or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your address is flagged as invalid, we may contact you via email to verify your information.


Tracking and Delays

If you notice a delay in your tracking information or have not received any updates, please email us at [email protected] so we can look into the issue.


Returned to Sender

If your domestic order is returned to our warehouse:

  • We can assist you with reshipping the package, or

  • You may request a refund for the cost of the items only.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Once a refund is issued, the original order cannot be reinstated

Processing returned packages may take several weeks. We recommend checking your inbox (including spam or junk folders) regularly for any communication from us.
