Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the removed material and its original location on our site.

  2. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed erroneously.

  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court where you reside (or Germany, if outside the U.S.).

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original claimant. If no legal action is taken within 10 business days, we may reinstate the content at our discretion.

Repeat Infringers
Happy Ava reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
