Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional products).

  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship Your Item: We’ll provide a return address and instructions.

  3. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.


2. Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are available for size or style changes, subject to product availability.

  • Items must meet the same return conditions (unused, tags attached, original packaging).

How to Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and desired exchange details.

  2. Return Your Item: Follow the provided return instructions.

  3. New Item Shipment: Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item.

Note:

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Notify Us Within 7 Days: Email [email protected] with photos of the issue.

  2. Free Replacement/Refund: We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund immediately.


4. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or return shipping costs.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
